	Real Estate

		Sean C. Selk, P.A. offers its clients a complete package of legal services with regard to both residential and commercial real estate transactions. We have substantial experience in the sale and financing of properties throughout Florida ranging from single-family homes, to large multi-family dwellings, beachfront properties and retail sales facilities. Accordingly, our counsel and experience gives our clients the tools necessary to take a parcel of land from initial purchase through the completion of the real estate project. We place particular emphasis upon issues concerning: zoning and land-use planning; negotiation of financing; project development and platting, preparation of covenants and restrictions, easements and operating agreements; and any matters, including litigation, which may be encountered before, during, and after the completion of a project.

Selk, P.A. focuses on preserving each of our clients' family and business financial concerns in an increasingly complex federal tax environment with regard to estate planning objectives. We are well versed in planning techniques that assist clients in coping with state/federal income and estate tax issues, including lifetime giving plans involving family limited partnerships, living trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts and charitable trusts. Furthermore, we work closely with our clients’ investment advisors, accountants, pension consultants, life underwriters, and banking representatives to develop the most comprehensive estate plan possible for each of our clients regardless of their financial profile.

	Sean C. Selk, P.A. provides counsel to its clients seeking entry to and guidance within the realm of federal government contracting. 		Sean C. Selk, P.A. works as a team with each of our clients to develop and implement litigation strategies focused on their strategic objectives. Sean C. Selk has represented clients in civil matters before federal and state courts as well as arbitration and mediation panels in Florida and alongside of co-counsel in New York and Washington, D.C. Our litigation practice group has particular focus in: business and commercial disputes; real estate transactions/financing disputes; governing document enforcement and personal injury.
