Sean C Selk, Esq.

Throughout his career in the practice of law, Sean Selk has consistently demonstrated an unfailing commitment to professionalism and excellence across the scope of his practice, whether it involves litigation, investigatory, transactional or corporate expertise. Mr. Selkís areas of practice have focused on the complete range of commercial transactions and litigation, as well as securities, commercial and residential real estate, partnership disputes and estate planning. Previous cases of Mr. Selkís have been located in federal and state courts throughout Florida.

In addition to his corporate and financial experience, Mr. Selk regularly drafts organizational and corporate governance documents, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements and corporate charters, and counsels clients concerning governance following enactment of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Mr. Selk received his Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he served as an Editor on the Thomas Jefferson Law Review.

Mr. Selk is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the Federal Courts of the Southern District of Florida.
