Throughout his career in the practice of law, Sean Selk has consistently demonstrated an unfailing commitment to professionalism and excellence across the scope of his practice, whether it involves litigation, investigatory, transactional or corporate expertise. Sean's areas of of practice have focused on the complete range of commercial transactionals and litigation, as well as securities, commercial and residential real estate, partnership disputes and estate planning. Previous cases of Sean's have been located in federal and state courts throughout Florida.

In addition to his corporate and financial experiance, Sean regularly drafts organizational and corporate governance documents, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements and corporate charters, and counsels clients concerning corporate governance regulations.

Sean recieved his Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he served as an Editor on the Thomas Law Review and member of mock trial advocacy team.

Sean is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the Federal Court of the Southern District of Florida. He is an active member on the Palm Beach County Bar Association where he sits on the transactional Business Law Committee, Business Litigation CLE Committee, and Judicial Relations Committe.
